These terms cover your use of the Port Macquarie Performing Arts (PMPA) website and the text messages we send. PMPA's ABN is 55 167 282 028. By using our website or giving us your phone number, you agree to these terms.
Enrolment terms
These terms don't cover enrolment, fees or class policies. Those are set out in the PMPA Parent and Student Handbook, which applies to every enrolled student.
Using our website
We work hard to keep class information, timetables and prices up to date, but they can change. If something matters to your plans, please check with us on 02 6583 3753 or [email protected].
Please use our website and forms honestly and only for their intended purpose.
Our content
The text, photos, videos, logos and designs on this website belong to PMPA or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first.
Other websites
Our website links to other services, including our parent portal, booking tools and social media. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for their content.
Text messages
When you give us your phone number through our website, a trial booking or enrolment, you agree to receive text messages from Port Macquarie Performing Arts. We text about your enquiry or trial, class reminders and changes, events and performances, and occasional news and offers.
- How often: it varies with what's happening at the studio.
- Cost: we don't charge for our texts. Your usual phone plan charges for any replies you send.
- Stopping texts: reply STOP to any message, email [email protected], or call 02 6583 3753. We'll stop marketing texts within 5 working days.
- Important messages: while your child is enrolled, we may still text you about safety, class cancellations or anything about your child's care.
Text delivery depends on phone networks, so we can't guarantee every message arrives on time.
Your privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, PMPA isn't responsible for any loss caused by using this website or relying on information on it.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
